Who will benefit… this class is for both men and women of all ages who are looking for a whole-body workout with motivating music. This class will tone, improve mobility and create definition. As an added bonus, this class focuses on improving hip, back and shoulder flexibility. This safe workout can help you relieve joint pain, and support a healthy active lifestyle.
About Raylene… Raylene is a Certified Level II Essentrics Instructor, BCRPA Group Fitness and Weight Training Instructor and has her diploma in Recreation Studies. She has always loved weight training, but recently discovered Essentrics and for the past 4 years has been studying this amazing stretching and strengthening discipline. She is now studying for her Level III Essentrics and loves to share her expertise with others and enjoys introducing clients to new ways of working out, always encourages fun while challenging clients.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat, a water bottle and should come dressed in clothes they can move comfortably in.
