Strap on your walking shoes and join the Sole Sisters walking group. This program is offered Wednesdays September to June at various locations around the Oceanside area. Intended for women 50+.

Come join Raylene for a dynamic whole-body toning workout with an emphasis on flexibility. This class will tone, improve mobility and create definition. Adults of all ages and genders will benefit from this safe workout.

Looking for a fun, fast-paced workout? 

 Come join us for an energetic indoor game of floor hockey. Break a sweat, while meeting new friends. This recreational coed game is open to anyone 16+. 

Build skills, shoot hoops, play games, and have fun in a welcoming environment. New players will have opportunities to gain competency in the sport in a low-pressure atmosphere while engaging in friendly games.

Come engage in friendly games and improve your skills in a welcoming atmosphere.  Facilitator Michael Briones does an excellent job ensuring everyone gets ample time on the court. 

Try something new on a Pro-D day this year!  Brought to you by Arrowsmith Agricultural Association, with support from ACRA, these workshops offer youth aged 8-12 the chance to learn by doing. New workshops listed soon.

Interested in African Hand Drumming, but not sure where to begin? 

This is the class for you!

 In this class, you will get acquainted with the Djembe drum and explore rhythms.

Drum Rentals are available. 

This class builds upon skills introduced in Beginner African Hand Drumming.   

Our instructor, Monica will introduce you to new rhythms. Come join the drum circle and make new friends while creating together.

For those with some experience in  African Hand Drumming.  Participants will explore more complex rhythms in this one hour long class.

Learn how to make a variety of amazing crafts from unicorns, to seed bombs, to butterfly windsocks. There is a little something for every kid. 

Intended for ages 3+

In these videos we get creative! Explore a selection of crafts and activities from blackout poetry, to terrariums, to rainbow books with us. 

There are lots of free resources out there. In these videos we demonstrate how to access and use resources such as Pebble GO, Tumble Books, Creativebug, and more.

Have a little one at home? Try these fun preschool games. Most of them require little in terms of equipment.
