Strap on your walking shoes and join the Sole Sisters walking group. This program is offered Wednesdays September to June at various locations around the Oceanside area. Intended for women 50+.

 Meet your neighbours and have some good old fashioned fun at this FREE event held at the Coombs Fairgrounds. 

 Caregivers enjoy a 45-minute energizing Fit Flow Yoga class while kids are led through sports skills from gymnastics to floor hockey. Next, families come together to play! Designed to support family and community through movement. 

Join Sandra for this all-levels program which incorporates variations of squats, lunges and planks while sprinkling in balance and hidden core work where you least expect it. All levels welcome. Ages 16+.

Come join Raylene for a dynamic whole-body toning workout with an emphasis on flexibility. This class will tone, improve mobility and create definition. Adults of all ages and genders will benefit from this safe workout.

Our club brings together tech enthusiasts, learners, and geeks of all levels to explore the world of software development, gaming, modern application architecture, and web design. All levels welcome. Ages 15+. 

Join this fast-paced, fun-loving group for an energetic indoor game of floor hockey.  This recreational coed game is open to anyone 16+.

Offered on non-instructional days in SD69, the Coombs Fair Kids Club is a workshop series that introduces kids to a variety of activities. Sign up for one or several! 

This series is intended for people who are new to djembe drumming. Under the fabulous tutelage of Dan Shadbolt, participants will explore  rhythms and get familiar with the drum over the course of eight classes.

This series is intended for adults who have previously taken Beginner Hand Drumming class a few times and are ready to explore djembe drumming a little further. Participants will explore new rhythms and gain experience with the drum.

This series is intended for people who already have some djembe drumming experience. Under the excellent tutelage of Monica Hofer, participants will explore more complex rhythms over the course of eight classes.

There are lots of free resources out there. In these videos we demonstrate how to access and use resources such as Pebble GO, Tumble Books, Creativebug, and more.
