Culinary Confidence: Cooking with Kristine
Course Information
Gain the confidence and skills to prepare affordable nutritious meals at home. Over the course of four classes, you will learn essential techniques such as safe food handling, knife skills and strategies to minimize food waste.
This class will be hands-on, and regular attendance is highly encouraged. At the conclusion of each session, participants will sit down to enjoy the delicious meal* they have prepared together.
By the end of the four classes, participants will leave with an apron, a recipe book and newfound confidence in their culinary abilities.
- Week One: Rice Bowls: Versatile, Filling & Budget Friendly
- Week Two: How to Get the Most Out of a Roasted Chicken
- Week Three: Chickpeas Three Ways
- Week Four: Clean-Out-The-Fridge Soup
Recipes include meat, gluten, and dairy.
