Join Sandra for this all-levels program which incorporates variations of squats, lunges and planks while sprinkling in balance and hidden core work where you least expect it. Low-impact options (no hopping/jumping) and higher impact options (jumps/hops) will be offered. Sessions will also incorporate resistance bands, a stretching period and movements designed to improve range of motion and balance. Participants should be comfortable moving to and from the floor.
Participants to bring a water bottle, hand towel and their own mat.
All levels welcome. Designed for participants aged 16+.
Infants/toddlers welcome. Parent's are responsible for supervising their own children. There is no childcare.
Classes will be cancelled in the event of rain.
