Join Sandra for this all-levels program which incorporates variations of squats, lunges and planks while sprinkling in balance and hidden core work where you least expect it. Low-impact options (no hopping/jumping) and higher impact options (jumps/hops) will be offered. Sessions will also feature a stretching period and movements designed to improve range of motion and balance. Participants should be comfortable moving to and from the floor.
Participants to bring a water bottle, hand towel and their own mat.
All levels welcome. Designed for participants aged 19+.
Drop-ins are welcome this spring, but need to complete a waiver upon arrival and should bring exact change.
