Experience the joys of music in this fantastic workshop led by the delightful Peter Kurelja. This one-hour, beginner workshop will dive into the basics of how to play the marimba.
The marimba is an African-style wooden xylophone with an uplifting and melodic sound. Explore simple melodies in a supportive group environment.
Instruments provided. No previous experience required.

Wednesday: BEGINNER AFRICAN HAND DRUMMING WITH SARAH GIBSON
Course Information
This class on beginner African Hand Drumming is sure to excite, fulfill, enlighten, and entertain all participants. Led by the wonderful Sarah Gibson, this one-hour workshop aims to provide opportunities for participants to connect with each other through West African Djembe drumming while learning basic rhythms and the foundations of good technique.
Although this style of drumming originated in West Africa, it has since found comfortable roots in our community. The drums provided are even made right here in Errington!
