expressive arts workshop

expressive arts - youth workshop (ages 13-18)

Expressive Arts is truly for everybody! Discover new ways to express yourself, connect with others, and have fun in a creative and supportive space. This workshop invites teens to explore different art forms—such as visual art, movement, writing, music, and drama—as a way to build confidence, reduce stress, and spark imagination.

Through the arts, you can move through thoughts, feelings, and experiences, stepping out of your everyday routine into a place of exploration and creativity. No previous art experience is needed—just curiosity and openness.

    In this workshop, participants will:

    • Explore creativity in a safe, non-judgmental environment
    • Build tools for self-expression and emotional resilience
    • Connect with peers through collaborative and playful arts activities
    • Leave with a deeper sense of self-awareness and empowerment

This workshop is perfect for youth aged 13-18, who want to try something new, express feelings through the arts, take a creative break, or simply recharge from the pressures of daily life.
