    Tracy Cargo-White, 200YTT .

After over a decade of practicing yoga intermittently, Tracy decided to commit to her practice and complete her yoga teacher training at Red Door Yoga in Lantzville.

Why yoga? This practice withstands the test of time due to its incredible benefits to body, mind, and spirit. As a hockey-loving, mom of three, Tracy relies on yoga to maintain her physical and mental well-being and is eager to continue sharing this practice in Meadowood.

From strength and flexibility, to core health and stress-relief there are so many benefits to incorporating yoga into your life.
